Sanded inside aft edge of cowl to remove previously fiberglass tape work, and measured and cut aft end. Then began gradually fitting and trimming until aft end fits with about 1/32" to 1/16" gap.
Trimmed outside edge of "elephant ear" fiberglass baffling to fit past Al baffles.
