Sanded the aft inside edge of the lower cowl, vacuumed and blew off dust, then applied WEST epoxy and carbon-fiber reinforcing cloth on side and lower edge where Skybolt camlocks are. With thickened epoxy, built-up aft lower right inside curve to later sand outside curve to conform to fuselage.
