Brief Description: Cowl fitting

More cowl fitting. Sanded away some on upper and lower cowl to improve fit, but it's got a long way to go. Also called Skybolt about the flange spacing...we agreed my spacing > 3.5" is probably ok as long as it doesn't exceed 4", which I'll check.
