However, they are rather ugly. There are extra holes in the canopy frame, the holes in the latch fingers are not centered on the finger, and on the right side the top-most hole is half-on, half-off the angle piece. All will be corrected with JB Weld, but I'd do it differently in the future:
* ignore pre-punched holes by Vans * drill two properly spaced and centered holes in the latch fingers * match-drill canopy frame
Still need to grind down the catch hook a bit on the right side.
