Brief Description:  Installed elevator AP servo bracket

Primed elevator AP servo bracket with zinc chromate. Fit in fuselage, bolted to fuse rib using washers as spacers because of existing 470 rivets I didn't want to drill out and replace with flush rivets. Tried to install elevator servor but ran into two problems. First, there is interference with the servo arm vertically and the elevator push-pull tube at its low point. Solution for that may be to install the are upside down (see May 2011 issue of Kitplanes and thread on Dynon) or, use the middle B hole of the servo arm and cut off the top-most A hole (that sounds odd).

Second problem is the significant torque (90-95 in-lbs) needed to turn AN3 bolts about half-way through the servo body. Posted a question about that to the Dynon AP Install forum.
