Brief Description: Fitting brake pedals into rudder pedals
Also 7/28 Wednesday. Fit brake pedals and master cylinders into rudder pedals. Had to grind down a bit some of the welds on the rudder pedal tabs, trim down the corresponding area on the brake pedals using a scotchbrite wheel, to get the brake pedals to fit and rotate easily while mounted. Also had to ream out the pre-drilled holes in the master cylinder pistons. Marked holes to drill in the brake pedals for the master cylinders to mount and drilled holes. Now have to remove all paint from the brake pedals, properly clean with alumiprep, and re-prime/re-paint.
