Brief Description:  Seat back brace slot on fuse bulkhead

Finished making and assembling the pieces where the seat back brace fits on the bulkhead. The 4deg bend on 705K was a bit crude, maybe I'll make a simple brake if there is much more bending. Anyway match-drilled the 705J shim by first marking the extended end punch holes, clamping the shim on top of the bulkhead, and drilling the end holes from underneath. Then I moved the shim to the underside of the bulkhead, held in place with clecos, and continued drilling from the top with clamps and clecos. That done, I moved the drilled shim to the workbench and match-drilled the 705K piece.

To match-drill the 705J angle, I first taped 1/8" scrap pieces to the top of the bulkhead (Pic 1) to achieve the specified gap distance. Then taped the 705J angle and lightly clamped it as shown (Pic 2). Finally drilled the 9 holes (Pic 3).

All deburring finished, next task is cleaning and priming.
