Notes: The single plexi lens from Vans (which is cut in half for two lenses) is quite oversize. Don't use a knife to separate, use tin shears or very good scissors. Once in two halves, place on the fiberglass wingtip and mark a bit oversize with your blue marker. Use the shears or scissors to trim down to the mark. Final size is fit-and-trim using a belt sander, then a sanding or grit block.
