Brief Description: Prepped and Riveted bellcrank to aileron pushrods
Deburred, cleaned, applied zinc chromate, and riveted female rod ends to bellcrank-to-aileron pushrods. First use of C-frame in this project. Two rivets will have to be drilled out and redone. The specified -12 length is a bit too long so I trimmed about 1/32 from each rivet. Also, some drilled holes are slightly off perpendicular to the pushrod which makes the shop head of the rivet tend to sloppy. Take more care in drilling and use a drill press!
