Brief Description:  Adj. dustbox height, built fuse stand

Dustbox was always too high on its pedestal, so I finally cut the pedestal again (it's a repurposed HF grinding wheel stand) to shorten it. However I hadn't measured properly so it was too high still and I had to AGAIN cut about 3/16 off. Since all this was with a Sioux mini-grinder and a 3" cutting wheel each cut took almost an hour and was pretty messy what with the iron dust and the grinder spitting oil.

That done, I didn't feel like doing real plane work so decided to build a fuselage stand. I had been using a carpet over an ice cooler, not a good arrangement and I was afraid a slight bump and the fuse would slide off and I would...I don't know what I would have done. Decided not to find about and built the stand. Another crude timber hack but it works. Didn't have to buy anymore lumber either, made it from scrap.
