Brief Description: LED Nav light assy for right wing
Prepared surfaces with Arctic Silver heatsink material and bolted cyan LEDs to small Al squares (for heatsink). Soldered wires to LEDs for right wing. Soldered together two 3.3 ohm 5 watt resistors in parallel for about 650 ma current. Crimped connectors onto assembly.
Next: shape and fit mirrored plexi to wing tip. Final fit of clear tip lens cover. Glue Nav light assy to plexi.
