Brief Description: Made cover plate for nose gear bolt
Since I made a 1" hole for the nose gear bolt, Vans 3/4" FW plug wouldn't work and I made a cover plate from 0.040" steel (I had made one before, but it didn't extend enough beyond the nose gear strut so I couldn't tighten the screws or bolts at the top). Attached with high-temp RTV and 4 screws, lockwashers, and nuts...really a messy and difficult business.
