Brief Description: Vertical stabilizer install

Rechecked the measurements then drilled the bolt holes through the F712 elevator stop. Aligned the vertical stab per the instructions and drilled the front spar to the F781. Then drilled the bottom of the rear spar to the F712 bulkhead.
