Cut a hole in the inboard rib to accept the T408 access plate and stiffente ring. Substituted the T411 plate from the fuel sender kit and drilled for the fuel line and and the T915 anti rotation bracket, The T411 plate and T407 ring were drilled to the inboard rib. Nut plates were installed. Drilled the T406B fuel cap flange and C/S same to accept skin dimples. Drilled the VA112 drain flange. Beburred tank ribs and stiffeners.
