Today was assmbly of the electric flaps housing. Tammy helped by removing tape and deburring the edges of the side piece of the housing. I was able to the electric flap control rod by using the battery of the Dewalt cordles drill. Stole that Idea from "Smittys RV 9" Brilliant! All the parts have been screwed in half way with the understanding that they will be removed to be painted, and the screws will be replaced with allan stainles steel screws and washers where applicable. I don't like the way the screw heads strip, so it should make access easier for inspections.
