Not sure what happened but I think I should have waited to drill the elevator horns after they were mounted. The trailing edge of the elevators match perfectly but the horns are off a little whrere the control rod conects. frustrating. I do not think I am getting my full travel of down elevator because of this.. I need to figure out how to measuer the degrees of travel up and down before continuing on. They will have to be dissassembled for paint any who. also painted the tail wheel arm and torued the tail wheel bolts as well. Having problems getting the nuts and washers on the VS spar. I will have to remove the rudder and have someone with small hands help me get them on. How am I going to torque these?
