Brief Description: Elevator layup & hinge doublers

Tonight I put the four hinge doublers in position and final drilled the holes. Then I marked the parts and removed them. I also cleco'd the bottom skins to the front spar and put the stiffeners in their appropriate positions. I'll cleco them tomorrow. But the Astros game came on and my back is killing me. So I didn't feel like spending a whole lot of time bent over a table.
