Tonight I managed to snag a few hours to finish up the construction on the Vertical Stabilizer.
I countersunk the rear spar doubler, countersunk the mid flanges of the rear spar, dimpled the upper flanges of the rear spar, match drilled with 3/16" the upper attach bolt holes of the rear spar, deburred the edges of the rudder stops, and final drilled the rudder stops through the appropriate hinge bracket.
All the metal work has been completed. Now I need to clean, alodine, and prime the parts.
After completion of priming, we're on to riveting.
