This evening I've still been finishing the disassembley and hole deburring in the HS.
I deburred: All HS stringers. All holes in the FWD spar All of the HS nose ribs.
I started on the left HS skin and I'm just not too happy with how well the cogsdill performed on the skins. It seems like it did okay on everything but the skins but it still leaves somethings to be desired.
Upon further examination, the blade in the cogsdill is two different angles. The fwd side has a shallower angle than the back side. I'm getting a really good debur on the backside, but the fwd side isn't nearly as good.
Tomorrow, I'll call cogsdill and see if they have a differnet blade.
