Today I debburred the Rear Spar. Cut the rear spar caps. Deburred the VS-1008 Match Drilled the spar caps to match the flange and web of the rear spar and rear spar doubler.
I also *(@#$'ed up the VS douber again! I ordered it for the 4th time. I HATE THIS PART.
You spend 3 Hours busting your ass to deburr it and then watch it get screwed up when you countersink it.
There are always parts of the project that make you more PO'd than any other. This is one of those parts.
