Brief Description:  Rivet the Counterbalance Rib aft of the Rear Spar

This task involved adding the second nutplate for the static wicks. I did the top skin first and was able to use the squeezer for all of them. The bottom skin was a bit more awkward as the additional nutplate was there. I had chosen to use the one leg nutplate to get the additional rivet as far up the rib as possible so they both went ok. When faced with the last rivet, on the lower surface, I decided to go with an MK-319-BS as I didnt want to have to either bend the flange, or use an offset rivet setting technique (Chisel and hammer or equivalent). The end cap will be in place so you wont sere it from the pictured angle and the static wick body will be over it, so you wont be able to see it from below either.
