Not much to show in regards to the numerous hours spent lately broken up over several days deburring. I went over all the substructure parts again to make sure all the sharp edges were smooth. I have found the inside corners of the rib flanges require the most attention. I finally got around to removing the blue film with a soldering iron procedere. I plan on taking it all off once the horizontal stabilizer is finished. Deburring all the holes is not difficult but is time consuming. I think it would have taken twice as long had I not used my really small low RPM skill hand drill. The long and short hex deburring bits from Cleaveland tools worked great.
