Phil Arter did a Tech Inspection on my wings. The following was noted: 1 - Lubricate aileron bellcranks 2 - Debur fuel tank spar holes 3 - Rivet main rib flange to main rib (1) LH wing before installing end ribs. 4 - Don't over tighten wing tank screws 5 - Aileron, inboard bracket, middle bolt. File and fit washer to fit flange 6 - Fit washers under heads and bolts for 2 threads showing for all assemblies.
