Cut and polished notches in skin for lower horizontal stabilizer spar. EAA Technical Counselor, Phil Arter, Came over to review my project and recommended some minor changes. Some rivets were set a little close to the web on a couple of ribs and suggested some 10-32 screw hardware be installed on one of the HS end ribs where a rivet was drilled out several times. I will replace one of the HS 405s and the VS 404 to correct the rivet spacing. Also the skin edges should be dressed with a file for a more finished look.
