Brief Description: Completely assembled ailerons (except trim tab)
I drilled and assembled both ailerons this evening. I had to think about how I was going to so the 13mm shim under the steel bars since my bars are only 48" long and the aileron is longer than that. I put a steel 2x2x8ft stud under the two bars and then shimmed under it. Worked like a charm. The tip rib had to be trimmed just a bit as the flanges interferred with the fit of the rib in the skin.
