*** Remember to mark the centerlines on the spar and ribs before you goto the effort of positioning 5 cargo straps and related wood blocks! I pulled the skin in place the first time and kept hunting for the lines......and then realized I had only drawn them on the lower side of the ribs and spars....duh! It really didnt take long to reposition everything after drawing the lines. It pulled in place perfectly in line with the lines. I do suggest putting cleco clamps on the skin at the trailing edge to stop the cargo staps from pulling the skin to far rearward. Zenith had my skins perfectly sizes with no trimming needed on the rear of the skin.

Fitting the end ribs to the spar was a big challenge. It turned into a two person job with me holding the rib in place, pushed forward to contact the skin and my son drilling the holes. No biggie and it allowed me to drag another victim into the garage to help! Thanks Nick!!
