Made sure all was level and sqaure and drilled #30 holes into HS Rear Spar through the holes in Horizantal stab bars. Clecoed all four as I drilled. Measured the outboard/aft edge of HS to the first rivet hole in fuselage and squared HS to fuselage. Was able to drill the two most outboard holes in HS814 and *19 deack and spacers and clecoed but will need an angle drill to get to the inboard holes to maintain a square 90 degree hole.
