Today when I got in from the office I set up the parts in my priming room and primed the substructure parts. I love the Sherwin Williams wash primer because it dries so fast. After the parts were dry I brought them in "the hanger." Clecoed the rR713 counterweight skin to the counter balance weight and then riveted it to the rib. I dimpled the two holes in the R703 that fastened the counter balance weight. I then countersinked the lead counterbalance. I assembled the counterbalance for a fit and then dissassembled the counterbalance weight. Clecoed the substructure together and prepared for riveting. I'm still waiting for the replacement R710 rudder horn bracket.
