Brief Description: Match Drilling the Rudder substructure
After dinner I clecoed the rudder substructure and drilled to size the reinforcement plates on the main rudder spar. Match drilled all the R704 rib, R410 rudder horn, and the top counter balance rib and skin. I clecoed the skin on and match drilled the main spar, drilled abd attached the strips using the skin as a guide. I then marked the parts and disassembled the rudder in preparation for deburring and priming.
