Completed the lower elevator horn and fitted both upper and lower horns with associated "L"'s. The rivet holes for the lower horn are pretty close together and with A5 rivets it makes the clearances even thigher. Fortunately the horn is thick material. I also found a picture of the "L" that goes though both skins to reinforce the eleator horns.
