I using woven nylon sleeve as a conduit for the RH wing wire harness. I'm using 3 conductor shielded 20g wire for both the position light and the landing / wig-wag lights.
grommets hold the harness going thru each rib, and adel clamps keep everything tight on each end.
both lights will ground to the same point on the outer spar
