Disassembled right flap. I marked up a piece of butcher paper to keep track of which rib is which. when you wipe them down with solvent all the marks go away.
I use ALUMA Prep and Alodine for corrosion protection on small details like the ribs the first tub is the Aluma etch. Second tub is rinse water. Third tub iss the Alodine Th bucket on the floor is the final rinse.
I put the ribs in front of the fan to dry them quickly, the place them back in the proper position on the butcher block.
I Solvent wiped the skin and applied Zinc Phosphate primer to the rivet line area where the ribs locate. Also primed the hinge and skin join lines.
Clecoed everything back together, and installed the first batch of rivets.
