Bent the closeout tabs on the trim tab skins. Made the bend on the bottom of the skin. I think the directions are backwards here, it would have been easier to bend the skin before the tabs, as the tabs get in the way.
Trimmed the trim tab horns and drilled them to the skins. Deburred, prepped the surfaces with the sander and scotchbrite, and dimpled the skins.
