Riveted the shear clips to the stiffeners on the right skin. Also attached some angle iron to the bench to help straight the edge in preparation for the next steps. It turned out to not be as straight as I hoped, so I attached another piece of angle to the edge of the bench to create a nice straight edge to clamp the rudder trailing edge to while the proseal cures.
