Match drilled the VS skin to the skeleton, except for the middle nose rib. The new middle nose rib was ground down leaving an adequate margin for the forward rivet holes, then deburred. The VS was dissassembled and the new nose rib clecoed to the forward spar and match drilled. The VS was then partly reassembled with the new nose rib and the rest of the skin holes match drilled. Everything was then dissassembled for deburring.
