Finished match drilling the rudder hinge brackets, spar doubler holes. Countersunk the appropriate holes on the VS-1008 spar doubler. Deburred most of the holes, need to finish deburring holes and the rear spar to finish up this (first) page of the empennage assembly instructions.
Drill press was great for countersinking, it is not easy to hold the countersink cage perpendicular to an assembly full of clecos that wants to rock when pressure is applied. I countersunk slightly deep (a couple thousands roughly) to allow for the primer thickness. This was just eyeballed, hopefully the rivets will be just flush after priming.
