Finished up 6-2-3 then deburred the VS-1008 Doubler and reassambled the rear spar assembly. Turned out a small sanding drum on the pneumatic die grinder was the best way to take out the shear marks on the doubler, especially on the inside corners. Did most of it with the file before I thought of trying this, would have saved me half an hour or so. Finised the edges with the little scotch-brite wheel on the die grinder. All ready to match drill the rest of the holes, which will finish up 6-2-4.
