Bolted the flap torque tube parts together. This was very difficult for the flap horns, luckily Katy was available to get in there and get those bolts in. We still ended up using the pneumatic ratchet to spin the nuts on. I am concerned the torques might be too high so I will probably re-torque but everything is together and the flap horns both hit the aft wing spar attach point at exactly the same time so I am really happy with the symmetry of the build of the parts.
