Made the cross brace from the remaining angle. This piece will add the racking strength needed to keep the platform from moving laterally. Got pretty much all of the holes for the brass screws drilled to hold the platform to the side plates and cross brace. I messed up cutting the right side side plate to length, but I had one more piece of the aluminum I bought for this and was able to use the first one as a template to get the top angle right and drill the rivet holes. It didn't come out perfectly and I had to redrill it to the stiffener on the top right side to get the holes lined up. Came out well in the end.
