I removed the elevators to adjust the aileron pushrod clearance. At full down deflection the pushrods were hitting the rivet heads on the aileron hinge bracket. Those should have had the shop head on the other side for better clearance. I shave the rivets down and rearranged the washers on the aileron pushrod bracket on the elevators. Once this was done I had clearance through full deflection of the ailerons.
