Brief Description: Drilled right elevator skin and counterweight hole
Put the counterweight in place under the right elevator skins so two holes cound be drilled to #12 size. Then clecoed the right root rib to the spar and final drilled the holes. Then clecoed the right elevator skin to the understructure. Next I clecoed the right elevator horn to the spar and root rib then drill them. Finally, I drill the skin to the understructure.
