Finished preparing the cowl hinges, then applied two pack epoxy and riveted them to the cowls. Did all but the bottom hinges on the bottom cowl. Shaved a bit more of the tight curved sections to allow for easier fit. Still need to take a bit more of though I think. Bent the stainless steel pins for the hinges and installed them. Got my son Jarrad to help me rivet the strobe pack into the aft fuselage. Fabricated and primed the bracket which supports the bottom cowl where the exhaust outlet. Fairly fiddly bit. Will rivet and install in the morning. Cleaned out the back section of the plane and put the canopy back on but not fixed yet.
