Spent the morning woking on the Ailerons. Thought that I'd take some Photos of the process to share. I do as the manual says and drill right into the table. I keep the angle in line with the chord of the aileron by starting the drill perpendicular to the wing skin surface then splitting the difference between that and vertical. Seems to work well as all the rivets come out nice and well finished. I countersink the AEX Wedge by clecoing it to the same holes that were made in the table when I drilled the assy. That way the countersink has a center to hold it in place when the back side is done so no wobbled out holes!
