Brief Description: Set propeller pitch and tracking

Set propeller pitch and tracking as follows: 1. Checked with Rans tech support on suggestions for initial prop pitch. Rans suggested 15 degrees taken at the inboard stripe. 2. Applied masking tape to both blades to index protractor position. Clamped propeller protractor n place. 3. Checked back of propeller blade for level. Also, leveled vertical surface of propeller protractor. 4. Set both blades to 15.0 degrees. 5. Checked tracking using wheel ramp and small piece of wood.
