Brief Description: Final fuel system integraton and testing 2
Completed fuel system testing as follows:
1. Elevated aircraft and set pitch to 15 degrees above level.
2. Disconnected fuel line between electric fuel pump and engine-driven pump. Connected a 3/8" hose to output of the electric pump. Placed free end in fuel container.
3. Capped fuel return fitting on gascolator.
4. Ran fuel pump from each tank, measuring time to output 1 gallon. The fuel flow was measured at 2 min 15 sec (26.67 gal/hr) on the LH side and 2 min 20 sec (25.71 gal/hr) on the RH side.
