Continued installation / rigging of flaps and ailerons as follows:
1. Balanced and installed the LH aileron. RIgged push-pull tube to "level" with the belcranks pinned.
2. Conneced the inboard push-pull tubes to the sticks and adjusted everything to level with the belcranks pinned.
3. Removed pins and began adjusting aileron stops. Found the LH outboard belcrank was hitting the stop about 1 degree short on "up" aileron travel. Afer considering several solutions, I decided to replace all 4 aileron belcranks due to the short rivets (CCPQ-41). These were specified by the plans, but don't appear to have sufficient grip length. Parts on order.
