Brief Description: Completed exhaust system installation
Completed exhaust system installation as follows:
1. Installed new aft couplings received from Rans.
2. Removed header pipes from cylinders and applied nickel high temp lubricant. Re-installed header pipes.
3. Drilled and riveted tail pipe clamp with CCPQ-44 rivet. Fitted, centered, and drilled tail pipe to muffler. Measured OD of CCPQ-44 rivet in the clamp and enlarged holes in the tail pipe and muffler to the same size. :Lubricated tail pipe, fitted to muffler, and clamped in place.
4. Fabricated and installed tail pipe hangar brackets.
