Brief Description: Riveted top forward fuselage skin
Completed installation of forward top fuslelage skin, roll bar brace, avionics fan, and GPS antenna:
1. Prepped and primed underside of skin. Applied gray enamel to instrument panel eyebrow portion of skin and allowed to dry.
2. Cut opeing and drilled holes for the Garmin GPS antenna in previously fabricated plastic panel.. Mounted GPS antenna to panel and secured assembly to top fuselage skin.
3. Installed avionics fan in factory opening.
4. Laid skin on top of fuselage and installed roll bar brace.
