Brief Description: Fuselage final assembly - main landing gear

Continued fuselage final assembly as follows: 1. Checked fit of main landing gear legs and associated parts. Primed small parts and attachment tips of main landing gear legs. 2. Installed axles, wheel faring brackets and brake assemblies to gear legs. Modified axles to accept wheel fairings. 3. Installed main landing gear legs to fuselage using provided hardware. Torqued nuts and applied torque seal. 4. Assembled wheels, tires / tubes, and brake disks. Lubricated wheel bearings with Lubriplate synthetic wheel bearing grease. 5. Raised gear legs and installed wheels. Torquing of bearing nuts and installation of cotter pins will be deferred.
