Brief Description: Tailcone side and aft bulkhead assembly (1 of 2)
Began assembly of the tailcone side and aft bulkhead as follows:
1. Cleco'd RH side skin parts together and riveted per Rans rivet schedule.
2. Cleco'd LH side skin parts together and riveted per Rans rivet schedule, except for where AAPQ and CCPQ rivets fastened to the doubler in the LH side skin corner stiffener. In those locations, one size longer rivet was used.
3. Fasted stainless steel, engraved data plate to LH side of the tailcone using CCPQ-41 rivets.
4. Cleco'd and riveted the bulkhead gussets to the bottom sections of the bulkeads.
5. Cleco'd the side skins in place, first to the bulkhead gussets.
6. The aft bulkhead was insterted, the tailcone inverted, then the side skins were cleco'd to the bottom skin and stiffeners.
7. The remainder of the aft bulkhead parts to be riveted were cleco'd in place.
